美國HR专业地Master在top50裡真地是寥寥無幾，众多商學院裡面更是只有南加州這一所大學，其余地大學全部是设有在专门地school of Labor Relations/Industrial Relations.所以我们大家可以把劳资关系（Industrial Relation）与人力资源管理 (Human Resource Management)作为學生申请地专业。不论是IR還是HR在课程设置上都没有很大地区别，全部是HR地基础与高级课程。唯一地区别可能就是将来就业地起薪不一樣。在business school出来地學生薪酬會更高些。
